Because all orders are shipped internationally from South Africa, we generally do not offer exchanges, as the cost of return shipping and resending a replacement pair can be very high.

Yes. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all Blu Betty shoes are crafted from quality genuine leather uppers and feature a breathable polyurethane lining. Our shoes and boots are not leather lined.

Simply select the voucher amount, personalise it with your own message, and choose from a selection of gift voucher designs. Once your order is complete, the gift voucher will be emailed directly to your chosen recipient and will include a unique voucher code.

The recipient can redeem their gift voucher by entering the code at checkout, and the voucher value will be deducted from their order total.

To keep your Blu Betty shoes looking their best, we recommend cleaning them gently with a soft sponge or cloth using a very mild solution of water and baby detergent. Avoid spot cleaning certain leather finishes, such as our Baobab and Diesel leathers—instead, clean the entire shoe evenly.

Allow your shoes to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them in direct sunlight or near a heat source, as this can cause the leather to dry out and become stiff.

For ongoing protection and nourishment, we recommend using our TeknoShoeCare™ range, including Leather Care and Leather Cream, to help keep the leather soft, protected and looking its best. We also offer Stain Preventor, Odour Preventor and Easy Clean products, available individually or in convenient care kits for complete shoe maintenance.

Once your order has been dispatched from our factory in Durban, South Africa, delivery to the UK typically takes 5-7 business days via FedEx International Express. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

No, we don’t currently offer half sizes.

Our shoes are crafted from genuine leather, which naturally softens and moulds to your feet with wear. If you’re between sizes, many of our customers find that choosing the smaller size provides the best fit as the leather gently gives over time.

Yes, the majority of our styles fit true to standard UK sizing, so we recommend ordering your usual size.

We can make up your order with pleasure (unless otherwise specified when ordering)! There is a lead time of approximately 3 weeks for your shoes to be manufactured. For those styles that allow “back ordering”, you will be advised when a shoe is not in stock when placing your order and given the opportunity to place a backorder – simply follow the ordering process.

Most Blu Betty styles are available in UK sizes 3–9. Some styles may also be available in UK sizes 4–10, depending on the design.
